Per Mar Security Services, a provider of total security solutions for residential and commercial clients based in Iowa, has acquired Neighborhood Patrol Inc. of Urbandale, Iowa. 

 

NPI Security Services, founded by Brad Johnson in 1978 in Des Moines, Iowa, specializes in security officer and mobile patrol services. Per Mar Security Services has been in the Des Moines market since 1969, and the addition of NPI Security Services further strengthens Per Mar’s full service security presence in central Iowa. Mark Kirchner along with 120 employees have joined the Per Mar Security Services team. With the addition of NPI Security Services, Per Mar now has 430 employees in central Iowa. The terms of the deal between the two companies were not disclosed.
