Midwest Alarm Services Acquires Electric Specialties Company
Midwest Alarm Services, a provider of life safety systems based in Des Moines, Iowa, has acquired Electric Specialties Company of Omaha, Nebraska.
Electric Specialties Company was founded in 1983 by Herk Campbell and specializes in life safety systems. Electric Specialties Company provides service, inspection and monitoring services to more than 350 customers. Herk Campbell and his employees have joined the Midwest Alarm Services team. The terms of the deal between the two companies were not disclosed.

Doug Richard, president of Midwest Alarm Services, added, “Electric Specialties is a great business with wonderful people fitting perfectly with our customer-first mindset.
