Medeco Security Locks introduced the new Medeco XT Access Interface Module — known as AIM. The Medeco XT AIM module is an addition to the Medeco XT Intelligent Key System. With AIM, you can unlock doors with electric strike or maglock, initiate video cameras, and bring attention to unauthorized events by triggering access control or alarm panels. The AIM module also interfaces with any system that can accept a dry contact, enhances the capability of the XT Intelligent Key System, has a two-person authentication option, and can be powered by an XT key or 12-24V power supply. The key audit tracks events just like an XT cylinder.
