FLIR, which offers innovative sensing solutions for daily life through thermal imaging, visible-light imaging, video analytics, measurement and diagnostic and advanced threat detection systems, will be showcasing a variety of products at CES 2019, from Jan. 8-11 in Las Vegas. 


The company is also hosting a variety of speakers and panelists throughout the week. Yesterday, FLIR offered a special presentation with the World Wildlife Fund, where FLIR CEO Jim Cannon spoke on how the company helps the WWF stop illegal poaching, at 11:30 a.m. Later in the day, at 3 p.m., FLIR hosted a panel on how thermal cameras lead to smarter cars and safer roads.


Today, at 3 p.m., and tomorrow, at 3 p.m., FLIR will talk about what Hollywood looks like in thermal and how some of the biggest films and T.V. productions use thermal imaging cameras. Today at 1:30 p.m., tomorrow at 1:30 p.m. and Friday at 11:15 a.m., FLIR will present “Invisible Labs: Life Science with Thermal by Craig Beals” which will take a look at science through the power of thermal imaging. Today at 11:30 a.m., tomorrow at 11:30 a.m. and Friday at 1:30 p.m., HGTV’s Chip Wade will be demonstrating how FLIR can help homeowners address issues like HVAC, electrical and building envelope issues.Today at 4:30 p.m. and Thursday at 4:30 p.m., FLIR will host “Accelerating AI with Simulation,” a first look at the company’s new automotive products using sensor system technology with artificial intelligence.
