ADT has made an asset purchase agreement with Design Systems Group (DSG), a commercial fire and life safety provider in Dallas, Texas. Headquartered in Grand Prairie, Texas, and founded in 1999, DSG specializes in the design, installation and maintenance of sophisticated fire and life safety systems for some of the most recognizable commercial clients in North Texas.
“Bringing DSG on board is the latest example of the focus by ADT Commercial and Red Hawk to make meaningful investments in important geographic regions as we deliver unmatched customer service and support to enterprise-level organizations,” said ADT Commercial Executive Vice President Dan Bresingham.
DSG will join forces with Red Hawk Fire & Security.
