TEC1A Series products provide owners with an ultra slim, perimeter access control tele-entry system. It has a 1,000-user capacity, and its ultra-slim profile is a mere 2-in. in depth. The TEC1A series is available with two-line or four-line LCD directory display that is easily read in direct sunlight or at night. Additionally, some of its key features include two relays standard, four cards per code, 10 system facility codes and a 1,500 event log buffer. The user can program the TEC1A series using Selcom Premium with full software features or Selcom Basic through several communication methods, which include Ethernet via NIC, a phone line, or from the keypad of the unit. The TEC1A has an upgraded board design that allows for easier installation and includes two base models (T1A2L — two-line display, and T1A4L — four line display) and three product models: the PREMIUM (includes clock calendar, modem, MUI, Serial port, NIC and two-reader board), DELUXE (includes clock calendar, modem, MUI and Serial port) and the BASIC (includes clock calendar). Several options are available which could be added to a BASIC or DELUXE model for added features after purchase/install and without having to change the core product.
