Access Alarm & Security Systems Acquired by General Security
Access Alarm and Security Systems of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. has sold all of its assets to N.Y.-based General Security. General Security already has an office in southeast Fla. and is looking to expand. All employees of Access Alarm will remain with the company.
John Lupino, general manager of General Security, added, “General is expanding its footprint in southeast Florida where Access Alarm has been a reputable company for over 25 years. It is exactly the type of company that fits our strategic goals.”
Davis Mergers & Acquisitions Group assisted Access Alarm in the sale of the company. Acquisition & Funding Services (AFS) assisted General Security in the purchase of Access Alarm.
