ISC East, the Northeast’s largest converged security tradeshow, will be taking place at the Javits Center in New York on November 15 & 16. The keynote will take place on Wednesday, November 15 at 2:00 p.m. and is sponsored by Altronix Corporation.

Against the backdrop of the Hudson River, the 2016 SIA Honors Night was held on Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2016, at Current at Chelsea Piers in New York City. The evening was marked by a theme of coming together, from raising funds for Mission 500 to celebrating those who have devoted themselves to the industry.

When all was said and done, ISC East 2015, sponsored by the Security Industry Association (SIA), announced an 8 percent increase in attendance and a sold-out showroom floor with more than 210 exhibitors (claiming more than 50 of them as new); 18 SIA Education@ISC education classes on topics relevant to the security industry such as wearable cameras, campus security and smart home; and a large Featured Product Showcase at the Javits Center in New York. According to Senior Vice President of ISC Events Ed Several, the show floor was 3,000 sq. ft. bigger than last year’s show.
