Securitas said that finalizing its $3.2 billion deal to acquire Stanley Security, first announced in December 2021, will likely be pushed back to the third quarter of this year.
The company will continue to operate under the Electronic Systems Group name and customer contacts will remain unchanged as a result of the acquisition.
