Convergint, a service-based systems integrator, announced it has acquired Dramis Communications Solutions Ltd., a Canadian telecommunications and networking reseller offering security, VOIP, and unified communications as a service (UCaaS) solutions.
Pye-Barker has made three acquisitions: Odyssey Fire Protection, headquartered in Wilmington, N.C.; Strickland Fire Protection, headquartered in Forestville, Md.; and Northwest Fire Suppression, headquartered in Beaverton, Ore.
Bosch Building Technologies plans to acquire Hoerburger AG, headquartered in Waltenhofen, Bavaria, Germany. Bosch and the owners of Hoerburger AG signed corresponding agreements at the end of 2021.
Northwest Fire Suppression, headquartered in Beaverton, Ore., specializes in fire suppression and fire alarm systems with expertise in special hazards fire suppression systems.
Odyssey’s leaders Kevin Hommes and Eric Williams, their management team and employees will stay on, and the business will continue to operate as normal with additional resources from Pye-Barker.
