Kudos to the National Training Center (NTC), which recently announced it will offer "Webinar Wednesday" -- a free monthly training session covering topics that are critical to the low-voltage industry in a convenient live webinar format. The class is open to everyone and registration is free.
New Webinar Wednesday classes will be presented on the first Wednesday of the month. Attendees also will get access to the Webinar Wednesday recorded session for 30 days after the program.

Bryan McLane, vice president of sales and marketing, explained why NTC is providing free training to the industry. “Many professionals in our industry don’t have the time to attend training sessions. With Webinar Wednesday, we provide a quick, to-the-point training on a focused training target. The sessions are only an hour, so they don’t seriously impact their schedule.

"Additionally, the attendees -- in fact, anyone who visits the NTC Web site -- can access the recorded session for 30 days after the program to review the material again, or to catch a session that they missed. The recorded sessions are available 24/7. Also, since the training is free, companies can afford to send all of their staff to the training. Training is what NTC is all about, and the more professionals in our industry that are properly trained, the better we are all able to do our jobs.”
