The Electronic Security Expo (ESX) is quickly becoming the “UNevent,” redefining the traditional purpose of industry shows within the electronic security and life safety channel, the organization described in its ESX 2018 wrap-up. The event, held June 19-22 in Nashville, stated its mission was “to bring leaders together to learn more, share more and interact more.”
ESX has revealed meet and greets, live music and more as part of its ESX Central Stage programming. Beginning June 20 at 1 p.m. and continuing throughout the Expo, the Central Stage will provide free entertainment and interactive events to attendees.
ESX will focus its final Main Stage session on enhancing school security during the Closing Keynote Luncheon, starting at 12:15 p.m. on Friday, June 22. A mixed panel comprising industry representatives will address the recurrence of violence in schools and ways to bring a safer learning environment for children.
