The Knox Company announced it has added CertaSite to its partner network. Headquartered in Indianapolis, CertaSite’s first locations as a partner will serve the Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo, Mich. markets, where currently CertaSite has two branches.

Each trusted partner is vetted for industry knowledge, customer excellence, and longevity in the fire and life safety business. CertaSite will be a resource for customers purchasing the fire department’s approved products that benefit firefighters, improve response capabilities, and reduce damages and costly repairs for businesses.

Commercial customers in the Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo area can work directly with CertaSite for value-added services including on-site delivery, reduced freight costs, and installation options.
