CertaSite, a commercial fire protection and life safety company, announced it has acquired Teasley Fire Protection, a family owned and operated fire protection company that serves Frankfort and the surrounding areas. The acquisition is CertaSite’s first in Kentucky.

A family business with seven years rooted in Frankfurt and more than 20 years of combined industry experience, Teasley focuses on providing fire sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, suppression systems, and emergency lighting solutions.

With the close of the acquisition, owner Joe Teasley will remain with the company in a new role while CertaSite’s Regional Manager Don Hennessy will be overseeing office management.
