Bridgepoint Advisors Enters Electronic Security M&A Market

Industry veterans Steve Rubin, Kelly Bond, and Jason Grelle have launched Bridgepoint Advisors, a new mergers and acquisitions firm dedicated to representing buyers and sellers in the electronic security market.
Rubin and Bond most recently served as partners at Davis Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Before joining Rubin an Bond to form Bridgepoint Advisors, Grelle spent over a decade as senior vice president of acquisitions for My Alarm Center and Alert 360, guiding security dealers throughout the entire M&A process.
Moving forward, Bridgepoint Advisors said it will prioritize its end-to-end efforts in guiding companies through mergers and acquisitions, while Davis Mergers and Acquisitions Group will continue its focus on consulting, thought leadership and providing counsel on select industry M&A deals. In the near term, DMAG and Bridgepoint Advisors will reportedly work closely together on existing deals and clients.
