NSCA Names 2025 Excellence in Product Innovation Awards Recipients

NSCA announced the winners of its 11th annual Excellence in Product Innovation Awards, a recognition program for manufacturers and products that have a impact on integrators.
According to the announcement, any manufacturer that produces low-voltage products for installation by integrators in the commercial space is eligible to apply for this award. A winner was named in each category:
- Ease of Customization: Shure Microflex Wireless neXt 4 and neXt 8
- New Revenue Potential: Hall Technologies ComAlert
- Recurring Revenue Potential: Exertis | Almo Autora DSM
- Retrofit/Installer-Friendly: Sennheiser TC Bar
- Technology Platform: Xyte Connect+
- Trail-Blazing Innovation: Jetbuilt Jetbot Service Desk
Beyond impact on commercial integrators, additional considerations were made during the judging process in regard to how the products impact user experience (i.e. scalability, versatility, deployment cost, ease of use, ROI, ADA compliance, energy efficiency, etc.) The judging panel included NSCA’s director of business resources, the editor of Commercial Integrator, and a panel of integrators from across North America.
“Every year, manufacturers impress us with their creativity and technological advances,” said Mike Abernathy, director of business resources, NSCA. “Our judging panel rigorously assesses every nomination, and the challenge of choosing winners gets tougher annually. Nearly every submission reflects the progressive strides that are happening within our industry, as manufacturers continue to help elevate integrators as vital contributors to mission-critical technology.”
