DICE Corporation is preparing to launch a beta version of its new alarm and event management platform, Ceila.ai, next month.

The platform is designed to reduce the need for human operators by up to 90 percent, using some of the most advanced AI-driven digital operators the alarm industry has seen. It combines audio from phone calls and live camera feeds to improve call handling and dispatch and includes an advanced co-pilot structure for the limited number of events that still require human intervention.

DICE is investing approximately $10 million into the project over the coming years, with development and infrastructure centered in its Bay City and Marquette data centers. The company's Operator-as-a-Service center in Lansing will play a key role in the rollout. DICE is also deploying its own GPU-based computing infrastructure in Michigan to run its AI systems — giving the company greater control over performance, cost, and integration.

We're filing more than 20 new patents related to this project and expanding our IP portfolio across all areas of our technology.”

Ceila.ai also comes with native integration to more than 700 CAD 911 centers and will utilize DICE’s existing automated message broker platform — currently the most widely connected dispatch network in the industry. This integration significantly improves dispatch speed and efficiency for monitoring centers.
