IK Systems promoted Steve Laubacker to associate director of operations – project management office (PMO). This advancement recognizes Laubacker’s leadership, strategic vision, and the impact he has made since joining the company.

Laubacker came to IK Systems as a project manager, bringing with him over 14 years of experience leading complex initiatives in the financial and healthcare sectors. As a PMP-certified professional, he quickly distinguished himself through his ability to drive strategic outcomes, empower teams, and deliver operational excellence.
