Edwards, a global company in fire alarm, mass notification and hazard warning systems, introduced Edwards FireWorks OneView, a software-based and touchscreen-enabled graphical annunciator engineered to equip first responders with the fastest, clearest path to the source of a fire. Edwards OneView replaces static annunciators and provides features and details to help firefighters locate fires quickly and respond intelligently.

OneView displays detailed floorplans showing the location of alarms and fires, proximity to potentially dangerous materials and routes for ingress and egress. First responders can zoom in on the touchscreen or select specific devices to access additional details. Because OneView is electronic and software-based, it can be updated easily when building configurations change or the footprint expands.

OneView displays the floorplan for every floor of all buildings on a campus, with indicators showing precisely which alarms are active, where they’re located and the safest points of access.

OneView utilizes the existing Edwards FireWorks license and is compatible with Edwards EST3, EST3X and EST4 fire alarm panels. Edwards OneView is UL 864 rated and available for installation wherever UL standards are recognized.
