Johnson Controls, a global company for smart, healthy and sustainable buildings, has been named to Forbes’ America’s Best Employers for Veterans 2025 list for the second consecutive year.
America’s Best Employers for Veterans 2025 were identified through an independent survey of more than 17,000 U.S. veterans, evaluating companies on multiple workplace criteria, including career development, compensation, diversity and veteran relations. Johnson Controls continued commitment to supporting veterans in the workplace reflects its broader mission to create inclusive and empowering environments for all employees.
“Earning this recognition reflects Johnson Controls gratitude to our military veterans and the value of their talents, skills and leadership,” said Cody Lueck, president, Johnson Controls Veterans Business Resource Group and retired U.S. Marine Corps Sergeant. “Shaped by military service, veterans help drive our innovation and success and we are proud to support them through meaningful careers and programs that honor their continued contributions.”
Johnson Controls supports its veteran employees through the Working with the Veterans Skillbridge program, sponsored by the Department of Defense (DoD) through a partnership with Hiring Our Heroes, to allow active-duty service members to participate in on-the-job training at a corporate civilian company. Additionally, Johnson Controls Veterans Engagement Team (VET) employee resource group honors, connects and supports military veterans in the U.S. and around the world.
