ICT Appoints Robert Romps as Western Regional Sales Director – U.S.

Integrated Control Technology (ICT), a provider of intelligent access control, intrusion detection, building automation and security solutions, appointed Robert Romps as Western regional sales director – United States.
With more than 25 years of experience in the security industry, Romps brings a blend of technical depth, channel leadership and customer-focused execution. His career includes work across the full spectrum of security applications from residential systems and small-scale deployments to complex enterprise security infrastructures.

Romps joins ICT following seven successful years as regional sales manager at Kastle Systems, where he supported customers throughout the central United States. Prior to that role, he served as executive vice president at Advanosys Security and Automation Technologies, leading strategic growth initiatives, solution development and partner enablement. His earlier contributions at BW Systems and Colorado Systems Group further established his expertise in system integration, business development and enterprise solution delivery.
A long-time Colorado resident, Romps will be based out of ICT’s Denver office, where he will lead regional growth efforts, strengthen ICT’s partner ecosystem and support the continued success of both new and existing partners across key vertical markets.
