Netwatch Signs Definitive Agreement to be Acquired by GI Partners

Netwatch, a global provider of AI-powered security services, has signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by GI Partners.

Netwatch will operate as an independent company within GI Partners’ portfolio, leveraging GI Partners’ support, expertise and experience to accelerate growth while continuing to provide high-quality service.
The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions, including required regulatory approvals.
