Hirsch UK appointed Tom Bayley as business development manager for London and the Southeast. Bayley brings more than 13 years of experience in the security industry, spanning both manufacturing and systems integration, with previous roles at Commend, Johnson Controls (JCI) and Mobotix.

Throughout his career, Bayley has built a strong reputation for developing trusted relationships across the security ecosystem. His background includes working with advanced communication systems, integrated security platforms and IP video technologies, experience that aligns closely with Hirsch’s technology-led approach and expanding product portfolio.

In his new role, Bayley will focus on expanding Hirsch UK’s presence across London and the South-East, supporting partners, generating new opportunities and helping to secure major tenders.

Bayley is particularly enthusiastic about working closely with Hirsch UK’s internal teams and championing the company’s expanding range of products and solutions. “I’m really looking forward to getting hands-on with the technology, collaborating with the team and helping to win significant opportunities in the region,” Bayley said.

Outside of work, Bayley is proud of his family’s sporting achievements; his brother, Will Bayley MBE, is a Paralympic table tennis champion who won gold for Team GB at the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games.
