Panasonic Security Systems introduces a new color dome camera system that’s both weatherproof and vandalproof and delivers all the features and performance of the company’s line of all-in-one dome camera systems. The WV-CW864A Color Dome Camera features 510 lines of horizontal resolution with the performance afforded by Panasonic’s Super Dynamic II technology and day/night operation. The camera offers several new high-performance features. A “return to mode†feature allows an operator to program a specific time interval after manual operation has stopped for the dome to return to programmed mode. A “pix sense up†feature provides increased sensitivity. An additional feature allows the unit to function even if its imaging device is damaged by masking the affected pixels.
