The reaction of participants in Micro Key Software’s 12th annual three-day users conference at Walt Disney World’s Coronado Springs Resort, Lake Buena Vista, Fla., was positive and enthused.

“I felt motivated and informed when I came back, and I think that is what any conference should be about,” reported Nell Mathews, general manager of Atronic Alarms Inc., Overland Park, Kan., which was SDM’s 2004 Dealer of the Year.
