Through several strategic partnerships, the 2004 National Burglar & Fire Alarm Association (NBFAA) Spring Conference will feature a wealth of entertainment, innovation, and information for attendees. The Spring Conference will take place March 28 through April 2 in Las Vegas in conjunction with ISC West, and will introduce a fundraising effort to benefit industry professionals nationwide.

The 2004 NBFAA Spring Conference is the first major event of the year for the association, bringing together electronic life safety, security, and systems professionals from across the U.S. As in the past, the conference will include various committee meetings, an NBFAA board of directors meeting, a gathering of representatives from NBFAA’s chartered state associations, and a number of social events and networking opportunities.

This year, however, the NBFAA’s philanthropic partnership with the Alarm Industry Research & Educational Foundation (AIREF) takes on a new format designed to entertain participants while raising funds for vital industry research.

The inaugural AIREF/NBFAA Golf Tournament and Evening Event will combine two activities into one day and will take place on Tuesday, March 30, the day before the start of the ISC West Expo. The golf tournament will be held at Troons’ – Revere Golf Club. The evening event, which will take place at Treasure Island Hotel & Casino’s Kahunaville, will feature the presentation of the prestigious Morris F. Weinstock Award and the Sara Jackson Award.
