Small-area surveillance is the bailiwick of the DS-350 or DS-350-OD Camera from Matco. It has a 360-degree unlimited pan and 90-degree elevation tilt with 12-degree per second scan speed and 32 preset positions. A wireless controller, a standard Pan-Tilt-Zoom control pan/DVR system can control the pan/tilt through the RS-485 communication interface. The camera also can be set up for auto scan. Built-in communication protocol includes Samsung, B01, Neon, Pelco-D, Pelco-P/4800, Pelco-P/9600 and ALEC. The camera employs a high-resolution 1/4-in. color CCD sensor with 470 television lines and 542-by-496 total pixels. The unit has a standard 2X digital zoom, but an optical zoom is available and can be manually adjusted by the equipped 4.0-9.9mm vari-focal auto iris lens.
