Chamberlain Enhances Training Academy
The first initiative is the addition of more regional seminars with emphasis on new product and train-the-trainer programs for distributors and dealers. The second initiative is to bridge the gap between the training provided to Chamberlain’s customers and the telephone agents who support their customers.
In addition, Chamberlain promoted Bill McCoy to regional seminar trainer. McCoy managed the launch of the Training Academy and will now be responsible for formalizing the regional seminar training requests and programs. He will also serve as an ad-hoc professor at the Training Academy when he is not traveling. Edward Cam was promoted to Training Academy manager and will take responsibility for all Training Academy activities including customer and telephone agent training.
