Scott Rhinehart will join NuVo Technologies, Hebron, Ky., as product process manager. His role will center on process improvement. Rhinehart will focus on streamlining the new product development and documentation control. He has more than 20 years of experience in engineering, testing, product development, and product management.

Most recently, he served as project engineer and manager for Harris Corp., where he managed new product development projects for the research, development, and supply of broadcast transmission devices. He also spent more than 10 years with Trimble Navigation.
