Anchor Alarms Inc. of Bigfork, Mont. was acquired by Kenco Security and Technology, headquartered in Billings, Mont. and with offices in Bozeman, Helena and Great Falls, Mont. and Cody, Wyo.

Deb and John Armstrong, the owners of Anchor Alarm, will be retiring from the company. All of the employees stayed on to continue to service its customers and to help grow the company, according to Ron Davis and Katie Bally of Davis Mergers and Acquisitions Group Inc., who represented the seller in this transaction.
