Digital Monitoring Products (DMP), Springfield, Mo., named Jarrett Morgan as its dealer development manager for the southern California region. He is responsible for developing new sales and providing on-going service to DMP authorized dealers throughout the region, helping them to grow their businesses.

 

Linear LLC, Carlsbad, Calif., named Michael O’Neal as its new president. Concurrently, Dan Stottlemyre, Linear’s president since 2005, was named vice chairman of the Linear Group. O’Neal brings significant global experience in business consulting and the electronics industry.

 

Pelco by Schneider Electric, Clovis, Calif., promoted Hervé Fages to the position of senior vice president, Global Product Marketing, for the Schneider Electric Buildings Business. In this new senior position, Fages is responsible for all global marketing activities for the Schneider Electric Buildings Business, including product management, marketing and communications, trade shows, and training. Fages reports directly to Dean Meyer, executive vice president, Buildings Business. Fages will now act as the site executive for the Schneider Electric, Clovis, Calif. facility. Fages has spent 18 years in the security industry in both sales and marketing positions.

 

IQinVision, San Juan Capistrano, Calif., announced its board of directors appointed Rob Ledenko as vice president of sales and marketing. Rob brings to IQinVision a blend of security industry knowledge and a proven track record of managing and motivating global sales teams. He has more than 20 years of experience as a sales and business development leader. In addition to his experience at large

 

Custom Alarm/CCi, Rochester, Minn., hired Monica Nigon as project manager. Nigon is responsible for fire alarm systems design and project management in the company’s special projects area. She came to Custom Alarm with a great deal of project management experience, numerous relevant licenses and significant technical training.

 

Dortronics Inc., Sag Harbor, N.Y., appointed GP Marketing as its new manufacturer’s representative for the Pacific Northwest, covering the states of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Alaska. With this addition, Dortronics reinforces its commitment to provide end users and sales channel partners with local support and easy access to information on Dortronics’ product offerings.

 

AMAG, Torrance, Calif., hired Bernice Noriz as its new business development manager. In this newly created position, Bernice works closely with security engineers, architects and consultants in the western half of the United States to cultivate relationships; and identify, create and manage new business opportunities for the company. Bernice reports to the director of business development, Jody Ross.

Inner Security Systems Inc. of Oswego, Ill. announced the addition of Mike Moran to its marketing/business development staff. He is responsible for the maintaining and expanding of the company’s presence as a provider of municipal alarm communications systems and maintenance amongst other responsibilities. Moran has more than 50 years of experience in all facets of the security industry.

 

Matrix Systems, Miamisburg, Ohio, named security industry veterans Todd Dunham as its southeast regional sales manager and Kyle Summers as its north-central regional sales manager. Dunham recruits and supports access control product resellers for Matrix Systems’ new Frontier Universe and Frontier Web Essentials access control products in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee. Summers will recruit and support access control product resellers for Matrix Systems’ new Frontier Universe and Frontier Web Essentials access control products in Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Michigan, Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Nebraska, South Dakota and North Dakota. Both report to Bob Mosler, Matrix Systems’ director of contract sales.

Honeywell International launched a new website that will serve as an online annual report. The site features a section dedicated to security technology and can be found at http://www.dashboard.honeywell.com/ and through the www.honeywell.com home page.

 

CNL appointed Terry Stutzman, PMP, to senior project manager, CNL Americas. Stutzman is a certified project management professional with more than 15 years of experience. He oversees all U.S. integration projects for IPSecurityCenter, CNL’s PSIM system. His responsibilities for CNL Software include managing and facilitating all aspects of successful client/site implementation, maintaining resource plans, issuing and managing change requests as well as scheduling and providing resources for on-site support and site visits.

 

Protection 1, Romeoville, Ill., appointed Keith Moreman as area vice president for national accounts on the West Coast. Moreman comes to Protection 1 from another security services company where he spent the last 10 years, most recently as the commercial area sales manager for the Rocky Mountain region, leading seven managers and 55 account executives across nine states.

 

Avigilon, Vancouver, Canada, appointed Keith Marett as the company’s new director of marketing and communications. With more than 15 years of experience executing national marketing campaigns for leading companies including Bell Canada, Vancity Credit Union, Suzuki, Starbucks, Okanagan Spring Brewery, Sleeman’s, Canfor, TransLink and the BC Government, Marett joined Avigilon to build global awareness for Avigilon’s award-winning high definition surveillance solutions.

 

Custom Alarm/CCi, Rochester, Minn., named Mike Rainey as residential security sales consultant. Rainey is responsible for all residential security sales in Minnesota, including Eastern Olmsted County, Winona County, Fillmore County, Houston County, Wabasha County, Goodhue County and western Wisconsin. Mike comes from the home improvement industry.

 

SightLogix Inc., Princeton, N.J., appointed Jack Tomarchio to its board of directors. Tomarchio is a homeland security and intelligence professional and will help in guiding the strategic direction of the company to grow in the federal, state and local government markets. Tomarchio is a former deputy secretary for Intelligence and Analysis Operations under President George W. Bush. Previously, Tomarchio practiced law with an expertise in national security issues. He recently retired as a Colonel from the United States Army Reserve where his last assignment was with the United States Special Operations Command.
