Web Redesign: Value in Unique Content & Accessibility
Digimerge has a new website and the redesign is all about accessibility. The website shows off the company’s product line and new branding. One of the objectives of the website overhaul was to make navigation simpler with product categories accessible via multiple menus and interactive rotator with company news and highlighted popular shortcuts.
An exciting addition is a blog authored by Wayne Hurd, executive vice president, sales and marketing of Digimerge, aptly titled Wayne’s Word. The blog brings latest industry trends from the lead executive of Digimerge who brings 20+ years of CCTV industry experience and a unique perspective.
A new instructional Video page has feeds from the DigimergeTV YouTube channel and a Did You Know? page provides interesting facts about the company. Tour the brand new site at www.digimerge.com.

Visitor Registration on an iPad
EasyLobby has a new visitor management software product that turns any Apple iPad, tablet computer or smart phone into a self-registration kiosk for visitors. Visitor self-registration is becoming increasingly popular in various market segments, and EasyLobby eKiosk™ allows for that feature where there may not be available space for a self-standing Kiosk, said EasyLobby CEO, Howard Marson.
Information fields on eKiosk are customizable and the software can screen visitor names against internal lists or watchlists to keep unwanted visitors out. Check out the eKiosk solution at www.easylobby.com.

The app has the ability to access a number of security system keypad functions remotely, such as check the system status remotely and, if necessary, arm the system. Residential users have the ability to choose from the Home/Sleep/Away arming options, while commercial users have the All/Perimeter arming options. The Virtual Keypad App, like most apps, is downloaded and configured in a matter of seconds.
