Digital Monitoring Products (DMP) released Version 1.61 of both Remote Link and System Link software. These applications now support the new SQL add-on database module, allowing them to use a Microsoft SQL server database instead of the standard DBISAM database. Taking advantage of the SQL capability requires the optional DMP SQL add-on module. This newest version of panel management software is aimed at larger corporate users, according to the company. Remote Link panel management software allows dealers to remotely maintain subscriber accounts, trap panels and change programming. System Link end-user management software allows users to set up account files, authorize users and connect to panels to maintain user codes, schedules, holiday dates and profiles. Authorized DMP dealers can download Remote Link and System Link Version 1.61 (12/5/11) at no charge, and can purchase the DMP SQL add-on module from the DMP Dealer Direct Website.
