Hikvision released a 1.3 megapixel camera with wide dynamic range technology, the DS 2CD864FWD E, which is helpful for identifying objects and surroundings regardless of extreme lighting contrast conditions. Equipped with digital signal processing and an enhanced image signal processing algorithm, the product can capture clear images in strong lighting contrast environments through megapixel resolution and true color reproduction. The DS-2CD864FWD-E allows enhanced imaging performance in scenarios with minimum illumination of 0.6 lux at F1.2 in color mode and 0.08 lux at F1.2 in B/W mode. The camera supports ONVIF, PSIA and CGI protocols; PoE is supported, as well.
