Sielox LLC introduced an integration solution with Salto wireless locks. The Pinnacle version 9 and a single AC-1700 Main controller will support up to 16 Salto Wireless locks and two hard-wired locks. The integration will allow end-users to secure more interior doors in their facilities because the cost per door on average will be less than half the cost of a traditional hard-wired door, according to the company. The Sielox/Salto integrated system features real-time access control and monitoring, event management, audit trail, battery status, and the ability to maintain control in an off-line state. The technology blends traditional access control solutions and stand-alone locks into an integrated system, eliminating keys and the need to carry multiple credentials.
