Cloud-based video verification provider I-View Now has introduced a menu of guard tour options for its central station customers to provide to their customers.

Users can choose from scheduled, random or automated guard tours. Scheduled tours can be performed on a pre-determined schedule or through live viewing by operators, random tours are offered on a re-shuffled schedule or through live viewing, and automated tours provide scheduled or random snapshots from each camera stored in the portal. All require end user notification.

All actions and video viewed by operators are stored in the cloud, and operators’ action plans, notes and responsible party lists, if needed, reside in the central station software, giving operators just one interface for interacting with accounts.
