Following its recent acquisition by Anixter, Middletown, N.Y., TRI-ED Distribution, Woodbury, N.Y., announced it will now have a new logo, and some key management changes.

Pat Comunale will now serve as president of global security solutions. James Rothstein will serve as senior vice president of global marketing, and Dirk Foreman will be responsible for global/national integrator sales. Both will report to Pat Comunale.

The addition of Tri-Ed’s business (product portfolio, supplier relationships and broad, diversified customer base) creates a platform to be a full-line global security distributor.
