This photo shows a lack of maintenance and inspection and testing. If you look closely at the junction box you will see the wiring is not fire-rated wire. The splice box is open and covered in debris. This photo was taken 83 days after the date on the inspection report indicating that all devices on this fire alarm system were tested and functional.
