Honeywell expanded the Silent Knight line of low frequency notification solutions. To satisfy specifiers’ demand for more secure fire and emergency voice communications, a unique amplifier provides backup power capabilities for the IntelliKnight 5820XL-EVSemergency voice system. The new line of low frequency notification solutions includes SpectrAlert Advancelow frequency sounders and sounder bases. The sounders and sounder bases are designed by System Sensor to emit a 520 Hz tone. The expanded line includes speakers and speaker/strobes, as well as sounder bases compatible with Silent Knight smoke, heat and fire/carbon monoxidedetectors. These notification appliances provide code-required low frequency output and eliminate the need for additional modules, junction boxes and wiring to save time and money while providing a clean aesthetic.
