B Safe Security Acquires Delaware Company

B Safe Inc., a regional provider of security and fire alarms to Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, acquired Delaware Electric Signal Inc. of Dover, Del.

The purchase of Delaware Electric Signal gives B Safe Inc. greater depth of coverage in the southern part of Delaware, said Philip Gardner, B Safe Inc. president. “DES was chosen based on their location within our current territory, giving B Safe additional concentration and allowing us to expand our commitment to total customer satisfaction.”

This acquisition was facilitated by John Colehower of Mergers & Acquisitions LLC.
