Doyle Security Systems Acquires Syracuse Accounts From Murphy’s Lock and Alarm
Doyle Security Systems Inc., a regional provider of residential and commercial security, life safety and medical monitoring systems, has announced the acquisition of all alarm accounts from Murphy’s Lock and Alarm.
This is SDM 100 No. 43-ranked Doyle Security’s first acquisition in the Syracuse market since 1996. According to President and CEO John G. Doyle Jr., the makeup of the accounts is 60 percent commercial and 40 percent residential.
“We are very honored to take on these new customers from Murphy’s Lock and Alarm,” Doyle said. “We are very excited to continue our long history of growth in Central New York.”
Murphy’s Lock and Alarm has been family owned and operated for nearly 40 years in Syracuse. Although they are selling their monitored alarm accounts, they will continue to operate their safe and lock business under the same name.
