AFA Acquires Pro Net
AFA Protective Systems, Inc. has acquired the alarm business assets of Pro-Tech Security Ltd., effective November 1, 2016.
Among the assets purchased are contracts representing more than $10,000 RMR, primarily consisting of commercial and residential alarm monitoring services in the greater Boston marketplace.
Established in 1873, AFA Protective Systems Inc. is the oldest continuous operating alarm company in the U.S., the company reports, and has offices throughout the East Coast of the with service capability throughout the country through its National Accounts Division.
