Dove Net Software has two products: The Project System is the company’s premier product specifically written for the security industry. It does estimating, proposals, service tickets, inventory, purchase orders, billing, job cost, and links with many accounting systems. One of the many capabilities is barcode serial number tracking. New for this year is the ability to use existing UPC barcode labels for non-serialized items, reducing the need to print labels. TPS Mobile is Dove Net’s mobile product. Users can send service tickets to technicians from the office. Techs can start and complete service tickets on their mobile device, including capturing items, labor, and client signature with a receipt sent to the client via email. Techs can also do field quoting. New for this year is the ability to do crew posting where a lead tech or job supervisor can post item for multiple technicians, giving users better and more accurate job costing.
