Communications Electronics launched a new subsidiary, Communications Electronics Systems LLC (CES). CES will provide Electronic Security Integration to commercial businesses and government customers throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and be a division of Communications Electronics Inc.
There has been recent consolidation in the security integration market leading to fewer providers, higher costs and slower service response, the company reported, adding in a press release that with a regional footprint CES will fill the gap, offering personalized service, lower costs and an improved service experience. CES’s services will include access control, ID credentialing, visitor management, video surveillance & recording, security as a service, mass notification, intrusion detection and remote management & cloud solutions.
CES’s leadership team has a diverse mix of experience and industry knowledge, the company described. Communications Electronics Security will be located at 8260 Patuxent Range Road, Jessup, Md., sharing offices with Procom.
