B Safe Makes Third Acquisition of 2018, B Alarmed

B Safe Inc., a regional provider of security and fire alarms to Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, has acquired substantially all the assets of B Alarmed Inc. in Hazlet, N.J.

“B Alarmed is a perfect fit for B Safe — its location in B Safe’s territory, company culture and its commitment to ‘Total Customer Satisfaction,’” said Philip Gardner, B Safe president. B Safe will continue to provide service from the B Alarmed office in Hazlet, N.J.
