B SAFE Marks 4th Acquisition of 2018 – DCD Fire & Security

B Safe Inc., a regional provider of security and fire alarms to Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, has acquired substantially all the assets of DCD Fire & Security Inc.

“DCD Fire & Security is a perfect fit for B Safe, territory, company culture and its commitment to customer satisfaction,” said Phil Gardner, B Safe president. B Safe will continue to provide service from its office in Mantua, N.J.

For more than 38 years, B Safe’s mission has remained the same: To provide integrated electronic security and life safety solutions to businesses, government and homes, the company described.

This acquisition was assisted by John Colehower of Mergers & Acquisitions LLC.
