Back-to-Back Acquisitions for ADS Security: Delta Security Systems & Wilson Alarm Company
ADS Security, a regional security and automation company headquartered in Nashville, Tenn., acquired the customer accounts of Delta Security Systems in Brownsville, Tenn., and Wilson Alarm Company in Hopkinsville, Ky. ADS has now closed six acquisitions in 2018.
Delta Security Systems' customers will now be serviced by the ADS Security branch in Jackson, Tenn., while the Wilson Alarm Company customers will now be serviced by the ADS Security branch in Clarksville, Tenn.
ADS is ranked No. 19 on the SDM 100 Report of the largest security providers in the U.S. The company was established in 1990 and currently serves more than 100,000 businesses, industrial facilities, and residences throughout the southeastern U.S. It operates a UL-listed monitoring center located in Nashville.
“We are excited about these partnerships and are thrilled about this further expansion in Tennessee and Kentucky,” said John Cerasuolo, president and CEO of ADS.
The newly acquired customers will now have access to the ADS advanced suite of residential and commercial services, including
an industry-leading mobile app, smart home technologies, video surveillance, and access control solutions, the company described.
