Viakoo, the company that provides solutions to help enterprises achieve maximum uptime, reliability and performance of physical security and IoT systems, has announced PSA Security Network as its latest Platinum Partner. As a Viakoo Platinum Partner, integrators within the PSA Security Network benefit from PSA co-branding within Viakoo’s products, preferential pricing and enhanced support. In support of the partnership, Viakoo is exhibiting its RMR-generating solutions that ensure physical security systems work properly, at PSA TEC 2019 (Booth #511).

At PSA TEC 2019, Viakoo will be part of PSA’s new Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) program. Viakoo joins industry partners Brivo, 3xLOGIC, Eagle Eye Networks, Netwatch Group, OpenEye, eSentire and Panda Security.

“We are delighted to welcome Viakoo as a new partner with PSA and as part of the MSSP program,” said Bill Bozeman, president and CEO of PSA Security Network. “Their product offerings lend themselves perfectly to recurring revenue opportunities for systems integrators which is one reason we are so excited to have them on board.”

PSA, the largest systems integration consortium in the world, is bringing automated service assurance and cyber hygiene to its cyber security services, video management, remote video monitoring and access control solutions for its member systems integrators. The offering is a comprehensive program that will support implementation of the new RMR business model into its existing operations. The MSSP program is also designed to help systems integrators diversify their service offerings and realize the full potential and benefits of a managed services business model.

As part of this partnership, Viakoo is actively involved with PSA’s education portal (, which provides systems integrators with the knowledge, skills, tools and resources to be successful.

“We’re very excited to have PSA as a Platinum Partner, and to have such a prominent role in this year’s PSA TEC through the new MSSP program,” said Bud Broomhead, CEO of Viakoo. “We applaud PSA for recognizing the need for service assurance and cyber hygiene automation as a critical element of modern systems management and for bringing it to their members and ultimately the customer.”
