Security systems integrators handle a diverse set of projects with demanding requirements. Their suppliers play a major role in helping them meet those requirements and exceed their clients’ expectations. Security integrators carefully select their suppliers, looking for those who will help them strengthen their selling power and implement physical security and related solutions.
So, which manufacturers and distributors are behind the Top Systems Integrators, supporting them with the products, solutions and services that helped make them successful in 2019?
SDM asked each of the 2019 Top Systems Integrator companies to disclose the top manufacturers and top distributors that earn their business, based on volume purchased. The resulting lists on this page demonstrate that these integrators rely on a wide variety of suppliers that offer a wide range of products and a wealth of resources.
These brand-usage lists were compiled from the 2019 Top Systems Integrators Report. Of the 100 companies ranked on the Top Systems Integrators Report, 89 of them provided information, unprompted, about their suppliers. SDM combined all of their responses, and ranked the manufacturers and distributors by the number of mentions each received, with the manufacturer or distributor receiving the greatest number of mentions listed first, and so on. After the top 15 manufacturers and top 10 distributors, mentions were distributed fairly equally among a broad number of suppliers.
