ROFU Security International Corp., a privately held company based out of Seattle, has been acquired by the CDVI Group. ROFU, founded in 1980, manufactures an extensive portfolio of electric strikes, magnetic locks, request-to-exit devices, power supplies and single door keypads with Bluetooth technology.

ROFU Security International will maintain its headquarters and staff in Seattle. ROFU will continue to operate as an independent company within the CDVI Group. It will be overseen by Shawn Gore, president of CDVI Americas.

“The acquisition of ROFU Security International is in line with our strategic vision of broadening our product and customer base within the Americas,” said Shawn Gore. “The quality of their product and customer service makes for a natural fit within the CDVI organization. We look forward to leveraging the expertise and capability of both companies in order to continue our growth within the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Latin America and establishing CDVI as a key player in the door hardware market.”
